The rooms at Family Hotel Adena are absolutely amazing! The contemporary facilities and comfy furnishings made me feel right at home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night when the lights of Burgas were sparkling in the sky. As a longer term business traveller, I truly appreciated the convenience of having a mini bar and a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the view.

While everything about the room was fantastic, I personally found the bathrobes provided a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my subjective opinion.

Excellent service, superb hotel with spacious double rooms and good air conditioning. Stunning view of the Black Sea from the large terrace. Manager and staff are friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking nearby. Barbecue zone and two pools, one for kids and one for adults. Highly recommended!

Felt warm, but nothing to complain about.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was compared to other options in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff ensured that everything was in order. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was just a short walk down to the beautiful beach, allowing me to make the most of the seaside. It truly exceeded my expectations.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

The apartment was well, maintained and cleaned regularly. the pool area was clean, well, maintained, and had a good atmosphere. the hotel is situated in a great location, making it easy to walk to the restaurants and the beach.

Although the hotel offered very good value for money, we found that the price was a bit high considering that there were no meals included in the rate. the check, out time was a bit early and we were disappointed that we couldn't get a later check, out time.

I keep coming back because of the kind staff who helped my elderly parents with a smile. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an outdoor dining area, a flat-screen TV, and kitchen utensils. Can't wait to return for Christmas!
